No, not with this lack of detail.

What version of Outlook are you using? When did this stop working? Do you
have a paid Yahoo! account? Are you using a third party add-in to pop mail
from Yahoo!? If you remove and recreate your mail profile, does the error
go away?

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, mark asked:

"yahoo" is (and never was or will be) a valid SMTP server name. It must be
a fully-qualified domain name (like, for example,
"smtp.sbcglobal.yahoo.com"). You definitely have your account settings
incorrect.
