Errors detected in outlook.pst

I met this problem this morning when I try to open the
outlook as usual. I was given two options as creating new
personal folder or open an existing folder.
I guess the original Outlook.pst was damaged somewhere.
Any suggestions that how can I retire the useful data from
that 2GB files? That's really important to me.

Hi Rice,

open your old pst file. Sometimes Outlook doesn't find the pst file even if
it is available.

By the way: Make your pst file small!!

The absolute upper limit on a .PST in Outlook 2002 and earlier is 2GB, so
that's why you are not able to open yours. Look here for the information
you need to hopefully recover at least some of your data:
