errors of office 2007 in the Vista

Can anybody help me? the problem is:
my vista and office is RTM,but after i install the office on the vista,i had
found that :
i can only use office one time(like : use Word,Excel ot outlook),but then i
use office at second time,all of offcie application can not run again.and
will a error report to me like this :

also ,i have found the "Office Source Engine" service can not run,and i can
not repair office.i have on idea for this,who can help me?thanks

I get something similar. When I open Outlook 2007 on Vista it may run for a
minute before crashing with the following message:
