Errror message when i click on the To: box to insert an address from contacts

I get this error message when i click on the TO: box for
a new email. "The messaging interface has returned an
unknown error. If this problem persists restart
outlook". I have tried reinstalling and i get this same
error. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check that your address book is working. Is it? You want to make sure your profile is set up to use it.
