EULA Approval won't go away!!

I had to reinstall XP Pro on my PC, and since I've done
so, the EULA acceptance comes up everytime I try to open
an Office application. Office has been activated. Does
anyone have any suggestions on how to get rid of the
EULA? Am I doing something wrong?!

You need to accept the EULA once while logged on to an account that
has Administrator privilege.
