EULA continues after activiation

We have a client with six workstations. One two of them,
after activation of the Office XP product, the EULA
accept/decline screen continues to pop up EVERY time any
of the components of office are launched. You accept and
it goes on to the product, and if you try to activate the
product it tells you the product is already activated.
How does one get this EULA to stop popping up? The client
is getting frustrated and so are we.
