EULA error

I just installed XP Pro SP2 and now when I start Word and Outlook I'm
continually prompted to review and accept the End User License Agreement.
When I accept the license terms I can than use both applications but the next
time I start it I'm prompted again, it's a pain in the ass.

Any thoughts?

Hi, sjs. Log in to Windows as Administrator, start Word or Outlook, accept
the EULA, close Word or Outlook, log out of Windows, and log back into
Windows as the normal user.
