Event ID 10010, DCOM and Outlook

We are running a terminal server fram with W2K SP3, Citrix XPa FR3 and Office XP. Each day we get this error message in the system log

Event Type: Erro
Event Source: DCO
Event Category: Non
Event ID: 1001
Date: 05.12.200
Time: 07:58:0
User: domain\use
Computer: TServer
Description
The server {0006F03A-0000-0000-C000-000000000046} did not register with DCOM within the required timeout.

Have anyone seen this before and is there something I can do to fix this problem?
