Ever Present Security Warning Box

Every time I open an e-mail message attachment, I get the
security warning box. I have tried to make this go away
by unchecking the "always show this message..." box but it
doesn't seem to take effect. Any suggestions? I am
running Office XP on Windows XP Pro.

I know it doesn't really help, but I know for a fact that
it's a registry setting issue. It's in the knowledge base
somewhere but can't remember where.
