Everything disappeared in Entourage

When I opened Entourage (2004) this morning my email account, the
content of my inbox, the sent items and my address book had
disappeared.

There was the welcome message from the Microsoft Mac Team in the
inbox, as if I was using Entourage for the first time.

How can that happen? Where has it all gone? Help!!!

Saaame thing just happened to me today. Not sure what to do. Please let me

It looks like the identity files have moved.

Under OS 9/Office 2001 the correct location for your identity folder is in:

<Startup Disk:Documents:Microsoft User Data:Office 2001 Identities:

Under OS X/Office vX it's:

~/Documents/Microsoft User Data/Office X Identities/
(where '~/' is your current login's 'Home' directory)

Under OS X/Office 2004 it's:

~/Documents/Microsoft User Data/Office X Identities/
~/Documents/Microsoft User Data/Office 2004 Identities/

Make sure you put your main identity folder in there, then if you still
can't see it when you restart Entourage, try to change identities (it's
under the File menu) and see if your identity shows up in the list.
