Everytime require CD

I am using Office2000 premium licensed version. During installtion, i am
giving the option "complete" and finished without issues.

But, accept administrator previligers no one user can open the word or excel
without the setup file (DATA1.msi)

When a user logged in and tried to open a document or spread sheet it will
prompt to locate the setup file. This is happening while the user logged in
first time. If the setup is completed, the next it will not happen.

how to open the office application without any interruption.
