ewsgroup for mp3 exchange - does anyone know how these work?

Hi

I am new to using newsgroups and I have no idea how to use groups like this
one for downloading mp3s:

alt.binaries.sounds.mp3.bootlegs

I want to download the songs I see at that newsgroup. Can anyone suggest I
do it?

I also saw a post from 1 week ago when I did a search for Vincent Gallo mp3s
and the link sent me to a page that listed that group.

This is probably very annoying for you all but I want to share what I have
with others and hopefully get some more bootlegs.
