Whenever I try to open Entourage it seems to crash and does not open.
The error log points to this error - Exc_Bad_Access. Does anybody
know what could be the problem?
I tried uninstalling, reinstalling office+updates, and it still did
not work.
Test Entourage in a new User.
Go to System Preferences --> Accounts --> Click on the unlock box at the
bottom --> Enter Password --> Click on the + button. Create a test User.
Switch users by logging out or using Fast User Switching.
Test Entourage in this new User. Does the problem still exist? If no, then
the problem is in your Users folder. If yes, then it's a system level
problem and you need to do an Archive and Install.
