I have Windows 2000.
The crashing file is 586 kb. I can open and modify, but the changes do
not save. I can not open and save without changes or save to a different
file name, and copying to another machine leaves the same problems.
Scanning the problem file (and directory) for viruses shows no problem.
A binary file is created in the same directory at the time of crashing
but I can not read it. Does anyone have a solution to this? Thank you.
