Excel 2003 - Subtotalling - "Summary Below Data" option unavailabl

Hi,

I just got a new PC with Office Standard 2003. Previously using Excel
97,
I could do a 2nd subtotal to data and would de-select the option to "Replace
Current Subtotals".

When I do this in Excel 2003, the option to do the "Summary Below Data"
becomes unavailable and my subtotal lines on this 2nd subtotal are misplaced.

How can I get these subtotal lines on the 2nd subtotal to go below the
data?
