Excel 2003 VBA Help displays runtime or script errors

everytime i go to edit a macro and goto help and click on some catagory and
item i get a runtime error or a script error. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

I did a windows repair on this machine and it works fine now. It appears the
windows scripting host was currupt.
