Excel 2007 SUMIFS formula to be use in Excel 2003

I have a formula for SUMIFS in Excel 2007,
∑Component_Amt/1000 if Reg_Component_Type = ‘INV_INK’
Less
∑Component_Amt/1000 if Reg_Component_Type = ‘INV_EXP’

but i need it to be function in excel 2003. So how should i write the formula?
