Excel and (Row and Column Headers)

When I first installed Ofc2k3Pro, I noticed that the Row and Column Headers
highlights were orange instead of a different shade of blue. During the
process of removing spyware, I crashed the OS and had to reinstall from
scratch. Using the restore cd's that came with my system. In other words,
practically lost it all (I was able to get all of my documents off of the
system, but did not grab the registry or things like that). After restoring
the system, I grabbed my copy ofOfc2k3Pro and installed it (just like the
very first time). But when I opened Excel, I was very disappointed to find
that the Row and Column Headers had reverted to blue. Does any know where I
can reset them back to orange?

I have never changed the color palette. I always run with factory defaults.
Tried it anyway, no success.
