EXCEL CELLS DIVIDE CONTENT BY 100 WHEN ENTERED

office 2003 profesional newly loaded in place of works loaded.

Any numerical entry automatically divides by 100 thus 45 entered is
displayed as 0.45 and 123 as 1.23. No changes or updates have been made to
loaded program

In Excel, click on Tools | Options | Edit | uncheck the "Fixed
decimal places" box | OK.
