Excel - count 2 column differences

Hi,
I have a problem where i have to count the differences between each
cell pair in 2 columns. Is there an easier way to do this than

=293-(EXACT($C3,D3)+EXACT($C4,D4)+...+(EXACT($C295,D295))

since i have 95x95 comparisons to make.
