excel error at mso9.dll

this error come forward today. before this it never
happens. only this one file i cannot open (my excel
workbook). i tried every resolution form patching up,
upgrading, delete toolbar and reinstall everything but
still at no avail. i couldnt open the workbook. the error
as follows...
