Excel If Then equation how to question.

I am trying to write a IF-Then equation that looks to see if a certai
word is in the content of a cell. If so, then the value will equa
another cell or if not, then it will be blank. I have tried varation
of the below equation, but Excel just sees an error and I can't fin
any help that talks about a If-Then equation that looks at the conten
of a cell.
