When trying to work in Excel 2000 it functions as though
the left mouse button is being held down. Anytime you try
to click on a cell in the worksheet it highlights it as if
selecting a range. You also can not click on any of the
toolbars at this point becuse the application thinks the
left mouse button is being pressed.
