Excel Startup Error

When starting excel the Office 2000 disc prompt starts. I have no idea why
this began out of nowhere but is autoruns on every excel startup

I am having this same exact problem.

What to do? I spend more time trying to prevent issues and cleaning up
problems on the computer than I do using it!

How about starting with some details about the problem, error message,
version of excel etc...
Then maybe you could get some help with the problems.
