excel trying to open file that has been deleted

Everytime I open excel I get an error message that "C:\ASAP Utilities\ASAP
Utilities\ASAP Utilities.xla" could not be found and to check spelling,
location etc....
The file doesn't exist!
How do I make that mesage stop!

Go to Tools>add-ins... and uncheck ASAP Utilities
