Excel/Visual Basic

Everytime I open Excel, I get Visual Basic 'Can't find project or library.'
What can I do to fix/stop this? It also pops up upon exiting Excel.

It is a faulting add-in

Go to Tools>Add-ins..., un-check all and re-start Excel. If the issue has
gone away, load one back at a time and when you issue comes back, that is
the issue. (Re-start Excel between iterations)

This does not solve my problem. Any other thoughts?

You have a faulting add-in, therefore you have added something that is
registered against Excel but does not show in the dialog. Favourite
culprits, Adobe Acrobat, Novell Groupwise.
