having read your question closely, I can see why you are having problems
with it. You have pointed out many different cells and dates and none of
them match up to what you are asking. What do you mean C4=C4. As for the
dates you say 3rd July, and then 22 rd July and 23 rd July.

What it appears that you want is A1 to contain Today(), that B1 should
contain 86, and that C1 should contain a formula that when Today is July
3rd 2008 it Displays the value of B1 or 86, otherwise it displays 5
dots, like "....."

SO C1 is

A1 =Today()
B1 =86
C1 =IF(A1=39632,B1,".....")

39632 is the serial number for the date July 3rd 2008.

If this is not what you want, then rephrase your question so that it
describes what you want.

In that case change to

C1 =IF(A1=39652,B1,0)
sorry dear i am disturbing you

23rd 2008 it Displays the value of B1 and other wise shown value 0.

Bob is that possible that when i convert to date 24th july 2008 that time

If I understand you correctly, try this modification, it will retain the
contents of B1 for any day from the 23rd of July 2008 and after.

C1 =IF(A1>=39652,B1,0)
