After downloading the supposed update to OFFICE 2000 SR-1
& SR-2 I can not double click on MY DOCUMENTS from EXCEL
without getting the error message KERNEL32.DLL
017f:bff9d661. Althought if you use the word OPEN from
OPEN FILES, the EXCEL program will work. Why can't I
double click on MY DOCUMENTS without the program crashing
now after downloading the updates from the Microsoft
webpage? Please help.
