Excel2007 system error &H80040408 (-2147220472)

I got a laptop having an error message comes up every time I start Ms Excel
" System Error &H80040408 (-2147220472)"
This is only happen to Excel but not other Office components. I tried remove
Office completly and reinstalled, didn't fix the problem.

The PC configurations are Windows XP pro sp3, Office pro 2007

Thanks a lot! That works out the faulty add-in. delete and repair add-in,
works well.
