One of my users is getting the error message, in Outlook
2000 with NT4 Workstation, "The add-in 'Excentrix plugin
for Outlook.dll' could not be installed or loaded This
problem may be resolved using Detect and Repair ... "
Detect and Repair did not work. Nor did un-installing and
re-installing Outook. The user can get into her Contacts
folder directly, but can't access it through the Address
Book. I can't find any reference to "Excentrix" at the
Microsoft website. Can anyone help? Many thanks.
