Exception error code 9573 opening one particular project

When I open one of my projects on Server I get this exception error code. It
does not occur when opening other projects, and the account seems to be
irrelevant.

How should I diagnose and fix it? Where are these codes documented?

I eliminated the error by saving the plan to an external (not server) file,
deleted the plan from the database, and then used the Import to Enterprise
wizard to reload the plan. No damage to the appears to have been done.
