Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone could help shed some light on a
strange problem I'm having with delegates and recurring events in
Calendar.
I work at a University supporting staff using both Outlook and
Entourage to sync to our Exchange Server. (Exchange 2003) Our head of
school uses Entourage (Office 2008) and his Personal Assistant -
working as a delegate uses Outlook (SP3).
I have recently discovered that if our PA makes any change to a single
occurrence of a recurring event using Outlook, the Head of School
cannot see this change in Entourage. The updated occurrence is visible
if he logs into Outlook or OWA.
I was wondering if anyone else out there has seen this happen before?
I've searched and searched for answers in Google and soforth and
haven't yet been able to find any evidence of it happening elsewhere.
