Exchange 2000 sp3

Greetings all,

Our exchange server has recently been patched and since then no OS X clients
(entourage or mail) have been able to connect to the server. In Entourage I
get the dreaded Error: -23012 (which no one seems to know what it means
according to the list of entourage errors).

I am guessing that password authentication has changed on the exchange
server after the 'upgrade' but sadly, our sys admin will not check it out as
OWA works.

Any help much appreciated.

I believe we are using SP3 (we're quick with our patches) but I've heard no
reports of similar problems to yours.

Can you get any data from Exchange? If you can get calendaring and contacts
in Entourage, but not mail in either Entourage or Mail, I would think that
something happened with the IMAP virtual server(s) in Exchange.

I can't tell you much more than that, only what I've talked with our sys
admins about.
