Exchange 2003 and Entourage 2004

Folks... Need some serious help.

I have an exchange server at work and when I try to create the Exchange
Server Account on Entourage it tells me that I cannot establish a secure
connection because the root certificate is not available.

How do I get the certificate on the mac? Where do I get it from? Any
thoughts?

I have the same problem. I have an appointment with an Apple
technician who will look into this problem. If you found a solution in
the mean time please let me know. Saves me a lot of money.

You get it from the Exchange admin. Many sites even have the certificate
ready for download on a web page.

Once you have the certificate, you can eitheruse the Office Cert admin
application to import it or is you are running Panther, double-click the
file to see it imported in your keychain. That then allows your Mac to
use the proper authentication information and establish a valid, secure,
connection to the server,
