We run exchange 2003, we have a mac running OS 10 which will connect
to the network and access internet through IE, but not Safari? Also
Outlook cannot talk to the Exchange Server. Any ideas? My knowledge of
Macs is very limited.

Many thanks,

As far as I remember, IE uses its own settings for proxy servers but
both Safari and Entourage use whatever is specified in the Network
preferences. Are these preferences specified properly ??

Yes all of the setting are correct. I've tried using server names and
IP addresses, neither work. I think it may be an authentication issue.

I don't know, how do I find out?

Connect to wemail and take a look at the address. Secure sites using SSL
have an addres that starts with https://
