Exchange Account and Folder Order

I have Exchange hosting with a 100 mb limit. I would like mail to
automatically archive to prevent my staff's email from shutting down
when they reach their limit. How do I manage this?

Also, I would like the Exchange account listed first in the folder list
above the "Folders on My Computer"...is this possible?

Thank you,

You could set up a schedule to run a script at regular intervals, but the
details of the script would be specific to your own set up. Alternatively,
you could just fire a reminder to do a manual archive. Set up a custom view
to show all items older than 30 days, then drag the custom view icon from
the folder listing to the desktop where it will form an MBOX file. You can
then select all the mail in the custom view and delete it.

Sorry, no.
