exchange account with two email addresses

we have auser who is running entourage 2004 she is connecting to an exchange
server. her (1) account has two email addresses associated with it (pre and
post marriage) but it is under one account in exchange. in entourage it
shows two email account inboxes, one in the folders tree and one under the
exchange account. one of her addresses is is delivering all mail to the
Folder inbox the other address is delivering to the exchange account inbox.
from what I read exchange account mail cannot be delivered to the folder
inbox (local mail storage) but it continues to do so as if there is a second
email account setup which there isn't! I know this is about as clear as mud
but any help with this would be verrrrrry appreciated!

That's the case for all Exchange users: one inbox in Exchange and the
other one "On My COMputer" for POP or IMAP for instance.

How many accounts does she have setup in Tools:Accounts?? There should
be only one. THe other address is just an alias right??

Any chance there could be a rule copying (moving) these e-mails to the
local inbox??

Correct, in exchange she has one user account with two SMTP addresses. in
entourage she has only one account setup (the exchange account)

That was one of the first things I looked for. there are no rules at all.

Let me try and clean this last post up didn't quite end up the way I intended,

there is only one account setup in entourage the account is a single
exchange account with multiple email addresses associated with it (aliases)

there are no rules setup at all in entourage.
