Exchange and several outlook flavors

I have some contacts that have the read only attribute posted on some of
them, but not all of them. I have been google-ing my issue without success.
I have many flavors of outlook and I know the contacts could of been created
via a excel spreadsheet or remotely via a Black Berry. The executive is using
office XP and his assistant is on 2003 outlook. I am on outlook 2000 with the
same results of a few read-only contacts. He must be a busy person as he has
over 1400 contacts in there and I really don't want to recreate the read-only
contacts (which seems to be the only way to straighten them up.) When either
his assistant or I recreate the contact it works as it should. We are both
editors of his contacts. Sometimes they do access his contacts thorugh citrix
but I wouldn't think that would be an issue either as I can see that the
proper settings are in affect in thier citrix sessions also. Any thoughts?
Have her work over the labor day weekend was the best answer I have found so
far:)
