Exchange calendar & contact entries appear as emails inEntourage X

I have Entourage X synching folders with my SBS2003 Premium machine. I can
get emails and send them just fine. However, all of the Calendar entries
look like email messages. They won't appear in the calendar when I click the
calendar icon. The same thing goes with the Contacts folder. The entries are
all there, but they look like emails, and aren't transferred into the
contact manager.

I'm thinking that I need to tweak the settings on the free/busy server for
SBS. Is there a primer on how to do this? Any other suggestions?

Tip: On the exchange server IIS interface. Make sure in properties of the
default web site, on the Web Site tab, "HTTP keep-alives enabled" is
checked. Once this is done, all Entourage clients free/busy info is updated
and can schedule appointments seeing user data on exchange.

If #1 is the case, see note #15 for the resolution. Also, make sure your
Exchange Server and Free/Busy Server are entered correctly in your account
settings. You might want to try adding /public/ to the end of the Free/Busy
server entry.
