Exchange categories not synching

In using the Exchange synching, it's working fine for me, except for
category info. Whether I create/edit a contact in Entourage or Outlook,
whether the category exists or not, there seems to be no synching of the
category field. Anybody seeing anything different, or have any suggestions?

I think it's in the read-me somewhere (or in one fo the warnings you get when
you first activate synching). Entourage simply does not sync categories :-\
