Exchange connection woes...

Setting up exchange account connections are correct we get "end of file
reached" (-39) when we try to verify.

We are able to access exchange email through outlook web interface from Mac
station.

All PC stations do work with Exchange fine.

If the "verify" doesn't work that only means your DHCP and DNS servers
are not configured to help Entourage automatically discover your
Exchange Server on the network.

You can still configure the account manually. Have a look at these
instructions <http://entourage.mvps.org/exchange/exchangeatwork.html>.

Error -39

the Preferences File Could not be opened. The end of file was reached. -39

1. This issue may occur if you have a damaged Identity database file.

Rebuild your database. or
Create a new identity, and then manually re-enter account information.

2. The file that has reached it's end is often the preferences file. Move
the 'Microsoft' folder out of your local preferences folder and try again.
If this fails, end of file means the file is too corrupted to rebuild.
