exchange global address list and public folders

Jan

I'm running OS X.2.6, entourage 10.1.4 and are exchange server is
2003.

I CAN send and receive e-mail, see my calendar,

BUT, I have NOT figured out how to import the company global address
list. I also can't see the public folders where some of our dept
calendars are. This feature did work in Outlook 2001, so I'm a little
surprised that is now doesn't work.

Any suggestions? Or is there a message string I should be looking at?

Thanks!
p.s.
It's so nice to see the html e-mails correct on the mac, as well as
images in the e-mails. ; )

Great!

Entries in the Global Address List aren't automatically imported into the
Entourage Address Book as you might expect. You should be able to search
the Global Address Book by going to Tools -> Directory Services, choosing
your Exchange Server in the left pane, and initiating a search. This
information can also be found in the Entourage Help topic entitled "Search
the Global Address List".

If you still have problems work through the suggestions at the URL on the
bottom of this message.

That's a known issue; any non-mail items in Public Folders won't display
correctly.

If you can't see any Public Folders whatsoever, make sure your administrator
has enabled them following these instructions:
To allow Entourage clients using IMAP4 to view public folders, use Exchange
System Manager. To enable the Show Public Folders option, click the General
tab in the Properties dialog box for the default IMAP4 virtual server.
