Exchange- No Shared Calendar/Address

S

Steve Organ

Our company has just moved to using Outlook Exchange Server via USA.net.
But I am completely dumbfounded on how I either

1. Log into and see a company shared calendar/address book

And

2. Share my Calendar/Address book.

There is little to no information on how one does this and I cannot for the
life of me figure out what I need to do within the application to make this
work.

Does ANYONE know the procedures??

That's all done through delegation. What version of ENtourage do you
have ??

I have the most recent build of Entourage: 2004, 11.2.0.

I am having a difficult time finding any valuable information online or in
books on how this how Exchange service works. One Entourage book even said
"The features and services associated with Outlook Exchange is beyond the
scope of this book." Wha??

Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure you update to 11.2.1.

From this page:

you'll find a bunch of links to useful resources. I did not want to
directly paste them here since the links are quite long :-\

You setup delegation from Tools>accounts> your exchange account
You give read/write access to other people or access the account of
people you have delegation rights for. It's really quite simple.
