No, you'll need to use Outlook Web Access or Outlook 2001 to do this. You
can set up a Rule in Entourage to do this, but Entourage needs to be running
for the Rule to fire.

If the webmail features are turned on on the Exchange server, you can
also set it up from a web browser by accessing your account by webmail.
