Very Lost
Group,
We are seeing an issue with Outlook 2003 (running with cache mode) reporting
a different mailbox size than the Exchange 2003 server. A user receives the
notice that their mailbox is over the limit, but when they do properties on
the total size of the mailbox it states something entirely different. For
example, User 1 gets a notice that their mailbox is at 200megs, but User 1
only shows 150megs. I have done some troubleshooting steps on my end and
found that – if I setup a profile under that user, I get the “true†mailbox
size. (The size that the exchange server reports). So, I am thinking that it
might be an Outlook 2003 issue, but I am unsure. Has anyone run into this
issue before?
Thanks,
VL
