Using Entourage 2008 I am able to connect to my Exchange server and view all items in my mailbox.
I have a listing for the Public folders and have "All Public Folders" but nothing within the folders. I can view the folders using Safari and Outlook Web Access. HOw can I view my Public Contacts and Calendars with Entourage. I can also view the folders using VMFusion and Outlook.

Then try copying the URL of the public folder in OWA na duse it in the
settings (for public folders obviously) of your Exchange account in
Entourage.

Thanks for your reply.
I have done that. I can see "Public Folders" and under that "All Public Folders" But nothing under that. I have a Calendar and Contacts folder but neither are visible. Before I entered the address I had no view of the folders.

Have you tried placing something in the public folders from within
Entourage to see whether it made it to the actual public folder on the
Excahnge server??

Using Entourage 2008 I am able to connect to my Exchange server and view
all items in my mailbox.
I have a listing for the Public folders and have "All Public Folders"
but nothing within the folders. I can view the folders using Safari and
Outlook Web Access. HOw can I view my Public Contacts and Calendars with
Entourage. I can also view the folders using VMFusion and Outlook.

Since you can see the folders in Outlook, check your public folder
server name there. With Outlook open, hold the Control while you also
right-click the Outlook icon in the System Tray near the clock. Select
the status option from the contextual menu. This will show the correct
servers for your account.

In Entourage, put the name of the server you find in your Public folders
server field. It should look something like "server.company.com". If
you're within your company network then you should not need to enable SSL.

If this doesn't work then try appending "/public" to the end of the
server name "server.company.com/public".

"Public" is the default name in Exchange for the public folders public
but your server admin may have changed the default.

Hope this helps!

I cannot view any folders except the root folders, Public Folders and All Public Folders. I do not have permission to add to either of these. I have two subfolders in All Public Folders that I cannot access with Entourage.

If this doesn't work then try appending "/public" to the end of the
server name "server.company.com/public".

""Public" is the default name in Exchange for the public folders public

I am the administrator and have not changed the default settings. I have entered the server name and it did require the "/public". After entering that I was able to see Public Folders and it's subfolder All Public Folders. Both of the folders that I need to access are located beneath the folder All Public Folders.

Thaks for your reply.
