I wanna use an exchange server, but I don't want to buy a corporation and a
bunch of machines to do it.

Are there any exchange servers out there that where I can get an account?

Sure. Just go to www.google.com and do a search for Exchange hosting.
www.intermedia.net has some relatively inexpensive plans.
