Exchange Server and Entourage Conneciton problem

HI
I have Exchange Server 2003 installed in Windows Server 2003 in my network,
and it's working fine with all outlooks in Xp
and OWA is also working. I try to connect Entourage in a Mac to Exchange
server
it says that "
Verification Failed: "The connection to the server failed because the
network is unavailable. Make sure that your computer is connected to
the network and that your server is working correctly. If you need
help, contact your network administrator."

the mac is not on the domain, but it can access the network drive.

Can you tell me what's wrong?
