i am having a hard time connecting Entourage2004 to Exchange Server
2003. the account will not set up automatically, and then i try
manually to set it up but it just shows "name of account (not
connected)" in the mailboxes window. my boss is the PC expert and she
swears that everything is setup correctly, but i don't have a way to
double-check.
i know outlook web access is working, because i can connect to it. i
just installed a boatload of security updates for the server. it does
not have any service packs installed yet, because my boss is wary of
installing SP1 since it is so new
i've never had any trouble setting up entourage 2004 with exchange
before, so i don't know any tricks. any ideas?
