I experience an error-"Could not synchronize record:Test to Exchange
server:"account name" #18500. I have configured Entourage and the
Calendar is updating. Mail sent to the exchange server from Entourage
is updating, but no other sent information is updating, nor are
contacts. I've look everywhere and have been unable to find a
solution. Any help?

Thanks and Cheers.

How are you connecting to your Exchange server? Via an external company
HTTP/OWA address or via an internal company network and server name?

If you're using the HTTP/OWA method make sure that your Exchange server
is fully patched and up-to-date.

Hope this helps! bill

Thanks for the response.

I am connecting through the internet. The exchange server should have
all the latest patches. The thing that is throwing me is that I am
getting Calendar information, but nothing else. I sent a test message
while connected through Entourage and then checked the server. It was
sent, there was a copy of the sent message in Entourage, but nothing
else. Entourage constantly has the "updating "whatever folder"", but
it never updates. Anything you've got would be greatly appreciate.
All I really want is Contacts and Calendar information. As you might
imagine, I have a PC at work and a Mac at home and just want to have
my iCal and Address Book updated with information from work without
having to play too many games.

Thanks again.

Eric
